My great friend, Lori, (who has donated a giveaway prize in the weeks to come!) emailed me this video yesterday. It is such a loving story! It's from an acutal documentary in the 70's of two men who raised this lion, returned him to the wild in Africa, and one day are reunited. I hope it warms your heart as much as it did mine, and reminds you of God's great love for us, and that He will never leave us or foresake us!

Unconditional Love... It IS amazing! Love, mom oxoxoxoxox
I bawled my eyes out (maybe it's the pregnancy hormones) when that lion came running down the rocks to "hug" his long-lost friends! Gosh! I doubt I could make it through the entire documentary!
oh mi gosh...i just bawled like a big baby over a youtube video about a lion...i'm such a pansy, haha...it reminded me of the story of the prodigal son in the Bible...thanks for sharing, i loved it!!! have a great day :)
Someone at work told me about this and then I saw it on the news last week. Its so sweet! I would be scared to death, though!
Yeah, its a good thing I have a box of Puffs here at work. Sniffle, sniffle.
Hope you have a lovely day~
I love this video. The first time I saw it, I had to "Snopes" it to be sure that it was real. It is just so sweet.
Praise the Lord for honest folk! I could not bring myself to admit that I cried "hysterically" the first time I watched it...then...regrouped and couldn't believe I lost it again! :D Love, mom oxoxoxoxo
Great analogy! What a neat story.
I have seen this video before, and it is soo cute. Hope you're having a great day! I'm adding you to my blogroll. :)
My Father-in-Law sent this to me... and I was seriously waiting for the lions to attack him at the end. I was pleasantly surprised. :)
oh my word, real tears are rolling down my cheeks! That is the sweetest thing I have ever seen! I just copied you and posted it on my blog too! :)
So amazing... thanks for sharing...
My favorite part, every single time I watch this video, is when you see that the lion realizes who is standing there. The expression in his eyes is the best ever.
Don't you think it will be that way when we are the one walking back to the Savior and we realize that it is Him standing there waiting to welcome us?
That's SO SWEET!
